Eleni's 21st Birthday cake
This is a cake I made today, it is a copy of a Plannet cake design. I have always wanted to make one of Plannet Cakes designs just to see if I could pull it off!!!

Elephant cupcake
I made this for an all in challenge in the group Flickr Bake-off.
The elephants and bird are made from fondant. I made my own mould using food grade casting gel, then stuffed the mould with fondant then coloured them with petal dust and painted the eyes with liquid food colouring.

Sports cake for Josh and Connor
I made this for my son Josh and his friend Connor who had a combined birthday party yesterday! Josh and Connor play baseball together so I "dressed" them in their uniform because they wanted to be twins!

Daves Wedding cake
I made this cake for my Brothers Wedding, it turned out very different to the original design i had in mind but in the end it fit in really well with the table decorations and flowers at the reception.
I had made roses and phaelenopsis orchids to go with the singapore orchids but the weather and my nerves at making my brothers wedding cake put an end to my initial design and the only flowers that survived and fit the new design were the singapore orchids which were originaly the filler flowers!
I haven't got any decent photos of the cake yet because I left my camera at home in Sydney, 3 hours away from where the wedding was!!!
I can tell you it was a nervous drive!!!
My brother loved the cake which makes me very happy with how it all turned out!

Easter Baby 1
I made this for a Throw Down against Nati in the Flickr Bake-off group and once again I came second!!!LOL!! I love going up against Nati, she is a creative talented lady and her cakes are just unbelievably PERFECT!!!!!!

My little Baby bunny is made of fondant and dressed in a little royal icing bunny suit. I was inspired by Anne Geddes cute little plush easter bunny baby toys!
