Also a recommended cocktail around these parts.
(But only when I'm pouring.)
This water is not blue. But it would appear blue if the sky wasn't a dusky grey. So I sort of missed on the Day 2 theme.

7 Days:3 - A picture of me taking a picture. Of me.
Took this many weeks ago while out shooting for my photo course. Don't think I snapped the shutter on the Nikon this time around, which is probably good -- imagining the Mobius strip of photos could break my brain.

7 Days:4 - Nightly Routine
Once the kiddies are in bed, you can often find us right here. Sometimes with laptops, sometimes fighting the urge to drift off in front of Jerry Bruckheimer or Dick Wolf productions. Tonight, we'll be serenaded by the Nokia Brier Men's Curling Championships (contain yourselves) from the City of my birth. My guess, gauging by the level of fatigue in the room, is that we won't make it to the 5th end break. (Go ahead, pretend like you either know what I'm talking about, or that you care.)

7 Days:5 - Me and my... neverending winter.
Though it's probably not visible in this picture, and despite my best efforts to make it so, the snow just keeps coming, and then melting, and then coming again. And though I'm doing better this year about not being a total curmudgeon about the winter cold, I have to admit, it's kind of getting to me.
The winters of my youth were harsh and long. You'd think I'd be hardened to it, but evidently that fades with time. (As a matter of fact, I blogged about that recently.)

7 Days:7 - Soft Winter Water
I can't resist messing with the shutter when the time of day is right. Apparently I also like shots of me with my back to the camera.
