The Spring Science Journey, 5 teacher workshops developed and facilitated by STEM Trainer, Lynne Bailey, took place in the Bronx during Spring Break. Topics included earthquakes, hurricanes, simple machines, repetitive motion and the Solar System. Teacher participants had a great time and constructed spaghetti marshmallow towers, simple weather instruments, pendulum experiments, catapults, balloon car racers and planetary Powerpoint presentations.
