can you help me?
because the page cant do the mossaics
I select all the options but, when i clic in create, it goes to the same page

Several users have reported a similar problem although there are many others who are making mosaics successfully. I'm tracking it down. Whatever it is, it should be fixed by tomorrow.

am going through the same problem like Mariano too. can't seem to get my mosaic after several attempts this morning. same goes to the other toys (captioner, frame, etc.) as well. hopefully admin can get this fixed soon :) loving the new look, btw.

hi, how come dna shows a different explore list from scout?

DNA only shows the most recent 27. Scout has the rest.

Quick question, SCOUT shows that I have/had 10 pics in Explore when I have/had 12, my very first two don't show at all.

I read the faq's but still I must have missed, how do I see which photo of mine is in Explore?

I read the FAQ, but find no answer: When I create my explore banner , I am offered to upload it to Flickr as a service. When I want to do that, then after I say OK in the Flickr account, and click Continue, I am brought to the flickr tools where I am offered to Hockney-ize a picture. Do I misunderstand something?

No. It shouldn't do that. :-) It seems to work fine for most folks. Have you tried it a second time?

Hello, I have a question about Scout ... I have a friend who doesn't want a picture she posted on Flickr to be visible anymore. She marked the picture private on Flickr but since it was in Explore it will still appear on Scout if you search her name. It's just a thumbnail, but she doesn't want even that to be seen. Will it eventually "fall off" of Scout? Thank you for your time,

Silly me. It looks like you fixed the problem. I just searched my flickr name in scout and the picture I wanted deleted is gone and in its place is a message saying that the image is unavailable right now. Does that mean it's gone forever? :)

Hey John, thanks for the great tools. I noticed lately that some of my pictures that stay on Explore for quite a long while on explore throughout the day, or spanning multiple days never seem to show on scout at all. I do understand that scout and explore sync in different times, but it's kinda weird that Flickr - Photo Rank catches it over and over but it doesn't even sync once in scout at all. Just curious whether the algorithm of scout changed lately in early August or late July? Thanks in advance.

There was a problem affecting a few days which I'm taking care of now. Thanks for the note.
The Photo Rank script is a real-time query. Scout checks throughout the day and caches the result in a database. (That's because Photo rank is just checking one photo but Scout is dealing with hundreds of thousands.)
One funny thing that script does is check if the photo is in the top 1000 interesting photos. But Flickr's API only ever returns the top 500.
The last algorithm change I know of was in early July.

Problem is where/how should I procede to get one album , the one everybody has , with your name and the explore shots inside ?!
I guess I' m in the right place ...but almost , only :-(
Hope you would be so kind to give me an hint about these explore albums .

I've read all the info on Scout but still do not understand why 3 of my pics do not show up in Scout when I and others have seen them in Explore. I think this is a great program and would love to see it work properly. THANKS.
