Can I resize a mosaic to make it fit in my blog right?

Yes, but not here. If you have a Flickr account you can upload it there. Flickr automatically creates several sizes for you that might work in your blog (click "All Sizes" above your photo). If none of those are right you can click "Edit Photo" on Flickr (just above your uploaded photo) and resize it.
And if you're not on Flickr, I'd suggest uploading your finished mosaic to Picnik.com and resizing it there. Also, get a free Flickr account. :-)
