We have used the trading card maker previously w/no problems. For the last 2 days after we load our picture and info we can't get to the next page. After pushing create we get a can't connect to server msge. Our connection is fine and no other problems anywhere else. Any ideas?

No idea. It sounds like you can't connect and yet here you are leaving messages on the same website. Try it again and this time copy the error message exactly so I know what you're dealing with. Also, make sure your image is a JPG and with a file size of 8 megabytes or less.

Thanks for your help. It seems that the problem was the image size. It was 8.42 megabytes. Once I corrected the size it worked great. I didn't get to copy the error message though. I use the firefox browser and it was the same message that comes up when the system is down or times out. Says can't connect to server, server was reset.
