I can't see my photos when other people fave them and make a mosaic. The photos are public and all, but they're just coming up as blank white spaces. Can anyone help?

I would like to ask about mosaic. How I can delate photos which I downloaded? Maybe there is no necessary to delate and they will be changing themselves?

I'm not sure what you mean. If you mean photos you've uploaded to be in the mosaic, you can delete them by clicking My Account at the top of the page and going to the Recent Uploads tab.
Mosaics do not update themselves. Once created they do not change automatically.
