Scout, by default, only shows photos currently in Explore. Explore's "day" is counted using PST (Flickr Time). Flickr doesn't even return valid results for Explore API queries until the following day.</p> <p>So, the 26th didn't become official until today, the 27th. Scout keeps a permanent record of what was in Explore. Since they're not in Scout now, I can only conclude that your contacts used some other tool to find your photos or they typed in the wrong screen name and saw someone else's photos. I don't know how you know you have had 25 but it's entirely possible that Scout missed some of them, especially in the past.
