Open Door Clinic
When the Humboldt Open Door Clinic expanded from a small storefront to a major health provider, Joyce Plath helped by developing the floor plans for both the medical and dental areas. Arcata, CA. 1980

Feurworker building
A s imple stucco facade with windows that are similar in scale to the Hensels builiding adjacent makes this building a transition between the historic plaza and more contemporary buildings to the West. Arcata, CA. 1997

sculpture garden
This space was created to keep a distance between new construction and the existing small historic building to the west in downtown Arcata. The new buildings were masses to let as much light as possible enter the courtyard which is now used as a public sculpture garden for HSU students.

Cpctail lounge remodel was part of an upgrade of the hotel . This design allows for easy access to the bar from the swimming pool and the large conference room beyond.
